Shipping Information

Each artwork is a handmade original and is prepared for transport with the greatest care.

Important note on execution (mixed media):
My works are created in a free artistic process using mixed-media techniques. Characteristic features such as intentional cracking, textured surfaces, streaks, splashes, or artistically intended marks are an integral part of the work and do not constitute defects.

Delivery and Payment

Delivery area: standard shipping within Germany. For international shipping, please contact me in advance.

Shipping method: insured shipping only, for example via DHL, UPS, or freight forwarding.

Delivery time: approximately 3 to 7 business days after receipt of payment.

Payment methods: advance bank transfer or PayPal.

Shipping Costs

Standard size (up to 70 x 70 cm): EUR 15

Large formats (over 70 x 70 cm) or heavy objects: from EUR 50, by arrangement

International shipping: costs on request

Cancellation Policy

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period begins upon receipt of the goods.

How to exercise cancellation:

Consequences of cancellation:
Refund of the purchase price, including standard delivery costs, after the work has been returned
Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer
The work must be returned in its original condition
